Only a tender heart can mourn. To mourn is to honor the life of a loved one passed on into glory, to reverence their memory and tenderly recall their touch, the gleam in their eyes, and their impact on our own souls. To honor in mourning is to understand that the missed beloved will always be in us–to be reunited in our onw completion at Heaven’s gate.
